Left South Bend around 1pm after doing a load of washing at Cheryl's. Very kind of her. We had been round a bonfire last night so some clothes smelt of smoke of course. ... won't be eating until 7/8 or later. In regards to Internet, as we learned the hard way using your phone for navigation can use a lot of data. Many cafes offer free wifi as well as hotels. Use wifi when possible and take notes before hand on how to get around just in case. If you need to take an adapter for electronics the three prong is used in both Ireland and UK. Most importantly have fun, eat the local food, take photos, see the world today and relax ...
... further, the pound is just too expensive. The meal from start to finish was excellent including the wine, you have to do this at least once on vacation:-) Honestly I enjoyed the food and we never had a bad meal, they have perfected even the hearty meals with excellent ingredients and flavors. ... we are there so that we can pack lighter. I say lighter because we are still American come on now! Honestly it is pretty easy to find a laundry (launderette) in most towns and for a little higher rate they will wash, dry, fold and deliver your clothes back to your hotel/B&B in one day. Something to think about before you pack all that stuff you will never wear:-)
