Ron's team is playing two games today, at a new Recreation complex in Ardrossan, AB. It's just east of Sherwood Park, which is east of Edmonton. It seems odd that, in Senior Games, they would have a team playing two games in one day...and tomorrow, they play another two...are they trying to kill these guys... In keeping with Senior Games though, they do have much less physically stressful events ...

... first time someone bumped into me in the street and he turned and said "Sorry, love." Or the kindness of the total stranger who told me I was beautiful and wished us lots of luck and love and babies when we left her and her husband at the pub on an icy Liverpool night in early January. Breaking down at the sight of the dome at St. Paul's and realizing that all my art history readings and study of that exact building had done nothing to prepare me for the feeling ...
