Not much to write about...
My only reason to come to Houston was to visit the NASA space center. Frankly, it was unimpressive at best.
Houston downtown looked very busy, huge and un-inviting and I felt very tired at the same time. So I decided not to do anything else in Houston. I checked into a motel close to NASA and crashed.

Cancelled flight and problem solving
... the 7am from Houston to Austin. Sounded like a great suggestion, especially as there is a Marriott within the Houston airport.
So we did; the flight was fine and on-time. We were even able to sit together in Economy Plus, which isn't bad for a last-minute change. I had booked us a room at the Marriott; we took the train to the hotel and were in bed within 30 minutes of landing. Journey of a Thousand Miles
Ok, so I am leaving for Madrid tomorrow. Just wanted to set this up really quickly before I finish packing. I am leaving at 11:20 AM tomorrow and will have a layover in Atlanta for about 4 hours before arriving in Madrid at 9AM. Hopefully there won't be any screaming children, but if there are I have noise-cancelling headphones. Alright, I will try to update in ATL, but if that's not possible I will definitely write when I land in Madrid!
