Today has been a very long day: both miles traveled & hours awake! Somehow we managed to stay awake last night in West Monroe, Louisiana long enough (1 am) to watch the Spurs eek out a victory over the Clippers! Even with very little sleep we got up early . We headed over to the Duck Commander office as soon as it opened to take a couple pictures & buy some souvenirs for our friends that watch "Duck Dynasty." We looked for Willie, ...
Had a lazy morning after our big trip to Texas and back over the last 2 days. Marie washed and dried my clothes while I organised my bags. Eric bought the rest of my Australian coins so he can show the front & back of each coin when he places them and the Aussie notes in a shadow box. Mom - we were chatting about our kid's intense medical history, etc. She was encouraged to create a brochure about her son's syndrome, medical history, etc. Believe me, there are times when it's much easier to hand a brochure instead of asking the medical professional, "do you have a week....?" She carries them with her in her bag. I think it's even a good idea to have everywhere we go!
