    Day 44 Marshfield

A travel blog entry by gregvanbeek on Oct 06, 2014

We got up reasonably early to go and visit Imogen's Nan in hospital, she had a broken ankle. It was also her Grandgrads 80th birthday so we had a nice lunch in Hereford at a pub. Nice chilled day and nice to meet Imogen's grandparents. We stayed at Imogen's parents place and watched a movie. Pretty quiet day but nice all the ...

    Day 43 Newport

... hah. The club we were in was a little average and I got hit on twice haha. We booked a taxi for 12:30 but decided to stay out longer because we were having a good time. We ended up at a gay bar which was actually great fun. Imogen was grinding with this gay bloke and it was hilarious! We ended up going home at about 1:30 and got stuffed around with taxis.. Imogen threw a tantrum, pretty funny actually. Good ...

The surrounding countryside is very nice and you could picture walking through the forests during the castle's heyday and hunting for deer. These kinds of ruins just spark the imagination and make you marvel at how well these were built to last this ...

A travel blog entry by julmci on Oct 04, 2014

We started the day being woken up at 6:30 and with Charlie being very excited about his birthday. He opened his first present which was a LegoŠ set and then the present from us which was a soccer ball (or football if you call it that) (he'll need it after what happened yesterday). Daniil and Charlie got to work on the LegoŠ while Artie and I started chatting.

After a bit of breakfast, we went upstairs to watch Charlie open the rest of his presents. He got lots of ...

    Countdown to our trip

A travel blog entry by annettewindsor on Sep 06, 2012

So there are just 10 days to go until we head up to London to stay over night before our flight to San Francisco the following day. Wow not long to go and still so much to do!

All the accommodation is booked in the relevant locations and we have booked our day trip to Alcatraz, very excited about this. Jimmer found a music & food festival that is taking place ...
