We actually got to sleep in until 7am - unheard of. Spent half the day at Liechtenstein and visited their local Chapel (Cathedral in Dorf). Saw the prince and princess drive past in their huge motorcade. Liechtenstein is a very small town, only 7/8 Km's in radius. A lot ...

We leave Liechtenstein tomorrow for Switzerland so prices will remain high but it will mostly be a day of travel so with our final eurail trip it should be an inexpensive day. Our next entry won't be until Singapore since we will have little to report from our time in airports and planes. ...

And so so yes we enjoyed Vaduz but as Emma said to Rob this morning probably best for a lunch stop en route to somewhere unless you are the sort of traveller who can actually enjoy stillness and rest in a beautiful location.

The start of the day found us at our rental just outside Schywz, Switzerland. We hopped in the car about 8:30 this morning and headed to our 2nd country of the day, Liechtenstein. Stopped in the city of Vaduz. Walked around town, listened to the church bells chime 11:00am and got my passport stamped! Onward to our 3rd country of the day, Austria.
