... come with lots of fast food restaurants dotted between them. We went into famous footwear (which was very good I bought two pairs of shoes for the price of one back home), Ross (good for cheap stuff but I'm a bit iffy on the quality, you really have to search and search to find the good stuff there), Barnes and Nobles (not the cheapest but a good experience none the less, sooooo many books! Today I had to face Monarch Pass. It was the hardest summit I've ever had to climb. The climb started 31 miles into my day. You will see one picture that put me in hysterics. There are four sheds. The first is a pile ...
Surplus gear has been jettisoned and the trip has started. We are in Buena Vista which is packed with super fit men and women who are about to start the TransRockies Race - a marathon distance run on 6 consecutive days. Probably hard to imagine but in our professional looking kit we were directed to the sign in area incorrectly. This certainly made Tim happy and we are off to celebrate with a burger and a bottle of red wine. Fit ...
