... and the KFC Yumm stadium. Then down a beautiful Kentucky road with lovely farms and some stunning houses we found our campground, Dog creek campground on Nolin River Lake. I guess that's a river and a lake all-in-one! Lol. We just finished a campfire and the boys watching a movie and to bed for our early drive to the Smoky Mountains!! Whoosh the days go fast! I'm praying the drive through Smoky Mountain National Park is a safe one! Please pray for that too!! ...

One of the most remarkable things I'm learning about the States is that each city is so different from the last. This observation was never more apparent than when we arrived in Nashville. The words 'are you' dissipates into the single word 'ya'll' and people here are noticeably more friendly. The city of Nashville looks like it's stuck in a timewarp between the times of the Old West, and modern times.

Stopped at Mammoth Cave National Park on our way out of Kentucky. Its the largest cave system in the world and so amazing. Our tour was 2 hours long and only cost us $12 a piece. Some places were so tight you had to squat to get through and others were so wide open it was like being in a cathedral.
