... the largest NICU in the USA. In the evening we had a fire and toasted marshmallows. ... has a KOA; however, no answer when called.
Since no rain, continued to Troy. Arrived around 4:30 central time--7.5 hour of driving--too much!!! Just after we got all set up, the rain started and continued all evening.

... towards Birmingham Alabama. It was raining in Birmingham so we decided to skip site seeing here and continue heading south. Next stop was Troy, Alabama and we called it a night.
