Yay! We made it to South Dakota! So excited for our stay here; we're in Sioux Falls for the night which is on the Eastern side of the state, then tomorrow we drive 5 hrs across the state to the southwestern part where we will be for the next 5 nights. I got some dinner at a nice diner in downtown Sioux Falls and retired early. On the following day I would drive across the plains of South Dakota and enter the Black Hills!

... stop in a quaint place called Wall ( known as Walldrug) we had a wander about. In five years, it has grown a little bit and even now boasts Badland Harley store. It's a very unique, quirky little town which Vicky, Julie and Karl enjoyed - Karl of course, being the consummate shopper, extraordinaire.

The town was named after the formation of the only drugstore in town, in 1931 on the edge of the South Dakota ...
