      ... to hopefully do the right thing and take our own proper stuff. I guess they don't want to pay for someone to wash up. At any breakfast there has been a huge bin of rubbish, seems bad to us. So then of course tonight we have proper glasses and plates. Still we have weeks left to use them.
      we might stay here another night and pop over to Lake Tahoe. See what tomorrow brings. This travelling makes you tired.

      I seriously cannot believe I am going to be traveling so soon! It seems like just yesterday we were having our last trip meeting that marked 3 weeks till we leave. Now it's 4 days. I'm just shocked. I can't wait to do this on my own. It's one thing to have your parents with you, but I'm doing this all on my own. It's going to be a weird feeling not having them with me...       ... the pending snow storm heading directly for us. But as you can see in our pictures, we caught up to it and let's just say it made for a memorable trip. Thoughts of getting stuck in a minivan with four unhappy kids under the age of 7, would prove to be a nightmare situation ;)

      We love you Lake Tahoe, but we'll come back with all-wheel or four-wheel drive.

      I love cilantro! And, I admit, I am smitten for that bunch boosting a price of $.89, but seriously, who can really eat that entire bouquet before the slime factor appears! Gross!
      Sorting through the slippery stems my mind wanders. Hey, when life gives ya post prime herbs, make pesto! Salvage what ya can!

      ... wipeout! The GoPro and my goggles flew off but thank goodness for my helmet! We called an end to our day out on the slopes and headed over to Harvey's Casino to watch the Orange Bowl.

      I wasn't about to let the mountain beat me so we went back to Sierra with our skis. There were some icy patches so the conditions weren't great but a good time was had. We found a great little place called Blue Dog for some pizza and ...
