Lovely start to Christmas Day. All slept in a bit instead of rushing off to lifts. Opened presents to normal joy and fanfare. Goes to show you don't need big gifts to have fun. Kids had left out notes, carrots, drinks and nibbles and still enjoy reading Father Christmas' replies. Lachlan had made amazing video card, montage of our journey thus far that started from his room back home. Will post on line as soon as we get good Wi-Fi. A must see. Jason and ...

I seriously cannot believe I am going to be traveling so soon! It seems like just yesterday we were having our last trip meeting that marked 3 weeks till we leave. Now it's 4 days. ... them...)

Then, as time and wine on hand permits, de-stem the cilantro, add all ingredients (heck even some of the wine! Why not?!) and pulse in the processor or blender.

May sound odd, but this is a yummy, cheap pesto to have on hand. Impress your friends!

Bet ya want pictures, eh? Sorry...ate it too fast! Next time!

Let me know how it goes! Cheers!

    Welcome to my travel blog!!!!

I am Matt Walker and I have recently quit my job as a mechanical engineer, sold most of my belongings, and have started a journey that I hope takes me around the world for the next 6 to 9 months. Right now, my plan is to hit up New York, Spain, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, and Nicaragua. This is definitely not set in ...
