Lovely start to Christmas Day. All slept in a bit instead of rushing off to lifts. Opened presents to normal joy and fanfare. Goes to show you don't need big gifts to have fun. Kids had left out notes, carrots, drinks and nibbles and still enjoy reading Father Christmas' replies. Hope ya have a food processor or blender, cuz this is where it's going.
      Olive oil - to taste
      Salt - if ya like
      Black pepper - oh yeah!
      Cayenne - even better
Lemon juice - best "go to" taste enhancer, splurge if ya must!
Garlic - yum! Sizzling in the pan! (did you know there are folks that don't like garlic!? ...

      Welcome to my travel blog!!!!

I am Matt Walker and I have recently quit my job as a mechanical engineer, sold most of my belongings, and have started a journey that I hope takes me around the world for the next 6 to 9 months. Right now, my plan is to hit up New York, Spain, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, and Nicaragua. This is definitely not set in ...
