The Eden Project

Today we did a day trip to the Eden Project. It was AWESOME! It had a lot of things going on, but the main feature is the biomes: the Mediterranean and the Rainforest. Both of which were incredibly well done. They had informational plaques introducing all the species of plants, and also themed decorations for the regions it was ...

We have seen the sights: forts, temples and great palaces and magnificent buildings, but it is the people of India who have impressed us most, both on an individual level and en masse.

En masse is certainly ...

... to see the coast so we decide to stay in Swanage. No reservations. Our first foray into booking on the go. It's not as easy as we hoped. Swanage is a rather large seaside town, crowded, little parking and rather difficult to spot places. Also, the obvious places have No Vacancy signs. We eventually find a B&B, a little more expensive than we generally do but nice and within walking distance of several pubs and restaurants which ...
