Today I started the day with a swim in the lake-BRR! I could only stay in for a little bit because it was so cold! We had some oatmeal for breakfast (Mom fired up the camp stove again). Even More Extreme
We left Prince George to a great sunny morning.
Every curve, turn, hill, and mountain opened us to a new SPECTACULAR view of the majesty of the mountains. Snow capped in the distance, with glaciers high on the mountain tops.
We stopped and had lunch in Smithers. In front of the tourist info booth we created our lunch in the shadows of the most magnificent view I have ever seen.

... gauw bij onze eerste geplande stop in Diana Lake PP. Hier zouden we mooie wandeling langs de rivier moeten kunnen maken, maar helaas is dit park gesloten. De weg loopt langs de rivier de Skeena. Dit zorgt vaak voor prachtig uitzicht tijdens het rijden. We stoppen onderweg vaak bij viewpoints en picknickstops.
