Marj, David's mum, had invited me to spend the weekend at the family cottage in Bancroft, about a 3 hour drive north west of Ottawa. Having briefly stopped in Bancroft on the way back from the Wanakita weekend a few weeks ago, I knew it was a beautiful part of the world. ...

      ... is a beautiful church.

The lady gave us directions to Biernacki Mountain Road to the lookout to view the area all around Barry's Bay but couldn't find it so we decided to go back to the cabin. We had enough of touring today time for a rest and of course check for emails, download Bodhi for Richard to check the stock market and his Ezy charts.

As it was such a lovely afternoon we took advantaged of the weather to give the car ...
