A travel blog entry by jerryc on Jul 25, 2015

Well, we headed this way so we could spend the night and take a Lake Michigan ferry across to Michigan.

Unfortunately, the only reservations available are either VERY early (6 AM) or VERY LATE (7 PM) so we're having dinner to discuss.

I was out from around 10pm until ...

We eased in to the partially snow covered runway and I silently cursed the fact that I was home (ok, yeah, I probably said it out loud too). Brenda texted her friend and we headed to baggage claim. One final selfie, a short drive home, and our Australian Adventure was officially over ...

... use, because I'll never get a great rate when exchanging them back.

The flight from Brussels to Istanbul was three hours and went quickly. I was a little concerned as my layover in Istanbul was only an hour and 10 minutes. Luckily, we arrived a little early and my connection gate wasn't too far. This time I was in the upper level of the Istanbul airport, and that was even busier than the lower level. It was crowded, hot and just not enjoyable. After checking in ...
