    The long ride to Yellowstone!

... up and it was smooth sailing.......or so we thought. It got colder and the wind was increasing as we went. Thank goodness my bike is big and heavy. It took the wind well, but it was slow going. We had hoped to get to Sioux City, but only made it to Fort Dodge. About 125 miles short of the plan.
Tomorrow we hope to ride about 450-500 miles if we can.
    Until tomorrow....

...Fort Dodge, that is. Yesterday we drove and drove and drove. Lots of green rolling hills that turned into flat cornfields...we did spend a good bit of the day in Iowa! (Sending a shout-out to Charles...yep, lots of corn here.) Saw some great road signs but we went past them too quickly to take photos. My favorite was the one that ...
