I arrived on the 24th of July in the evening, after having stayed up all night because I had a 6:05 am flight from Raleigh to Houston and then to Brownsville... followed by a 5 hour bus ride from the border to Cd Victoria. One part of the narrow two lane road in the middle of somewhere uninteresting had a stalled semi tractor trailer and an accident facing each other with less than a 30 foot gap in between.
