... ktore sie nadaja dla zwierzat. Kilka tysiecy gatunkow zwierzat i roslin!!! Akurat byl wolny dzien od pracy- Columbus Day, wiec duzo ludzi z dzieciakami bylo. Nad parkiem jezdzi kolejka linowa:) Jeszcze pozniej poszlam do Balboa Park- tez super miejsce- pelno muzeow, parkow... Architektura "meksykanska".
Dzisiaj wybralam sie do Old Town- stare miasto niczym z westernu, patrzcie zdjecia , a pozniej oczywiscie priorytetowe ...
Home for a holiday

After meeting with Ken, Lisa and I talked and realized with traffic conditions in the late afternoon, there would be no way we could meet up in L.A. I promised to mail her mother's day cards for her after she gave me the address, which made me feel monstrously guilty as I hadn't gotten my mother a card (sorry, mom... love you!)

Getting Organized in San Diego
We all slept in until 8am. No food in the cupboard meant a walk to the General Store that had plenty of muffins & packaged food. Looking for something that could resemble breakfast was a challenging task but the girls and Papa Bear came back home with cheese & crackers, peanut butter, bread, milk and teabags. and a bag of bread crumbs for the ducks. Arriving in San Diego
We caught a small commuter plane from LA to San Diego which is south on the border of Mexico. It was only a 35 minute joy-ride and it was great to see the coastline from a bird's eyeview. we arrived at night, we were met by the soon to be new MRS. WOW, she's a beauty and very gracious....... son's at work, we make it in, chit chat too xcited to sleep and wanting to see the look on my son's face, face -to-face after so many years.. he makes it in we hug kiss, kiss and hug so many things we want to ask or rather know the answers to but don't really want to ask..
