Last minute cramming to end up with only 33 lbs in a duffel bag to last almost two months. It seems an impossible task. I have re packed three times. Last time I was at 32 pounds, but I have been adding and adding.... Just a few things. My friend Santosh was quite impressed a woman was able to pack everything in a small duffle for two months! A travel blog entry by charvet on Oct 12, 2014

Five days to go!!!  I am continuing to procrastinate.  I do not want to tackle "the suitcase", so I thought I would send out my first post on my travel blog on my iPad.  I want to see if it works....... It was an awesome time we really enjoyed it, especially Red. We learnt that it is 305 metres in length and was decommissioned in 1992 and became a museum in 2004. It holds 12.9 million litres of fuel and carried a crew of around 4500, ...

... San Diego. We stopped off at Mission Beach which had great strip of little beach houses, shops and restaurants. We hopped on a wooden roller coaster which wobbled from left to right frantically and spent a little time in the Arcade gambling our tokens away. After some lovely frozen yoghurt (great here in the U.S) we continued our journey down south. The southern point had a lot of war related history with museums, ...
