... and must be very cold and basic. We can't work out what the people exist on- they don't appear to be growing veg in their gardens and we've seen no cattle. Still they have lovely new trains, with 2 decks, even if some of the stations don't have roads to them ?! The capital has stunning architectural buildings and was well worth popping out to. Back to Kaunas now, a few hours sleep and an early start tomorrow...to Riga, ...
