    ... is in charge of launching the spaceships, Houston is in charge of Mission Control. In the world of space nerds, these are two very different things! We took the team tour around to the different buildings and saw the original Apollo Control Center. It's a lot more history in Houston, which was a nice compliment to my tour.     ... seven national parks: Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Olympic, Crater Lake, and Death Valley, and traveling to a bunch of cities from Vegas to all the way up California to Washington state, so we're HOPEFULLY going to use this blog to post our honeymoon adventures and share photos and stories and inside jokes.

    ... WE are amazed, that, for a 8 1/2 year old coach with 74,000 miles, it is completely, spotlessly perfect inside. Nothing seems to have been used or abused in any way. Even the felt in the window sills, which gather and hold dirt and dust horribly, look brand new! Hard to figure out how they put 74,000 miles on it without using anything but the driver's seat!

    ... morning. As we were waiting, security opened a second station to check IDs and tickets. I was relieved because I thought that would speed up the process. As soon as I passed through the next entry though, that is where I saw the real bottleneck, as usual, the x-ray machines. We managed to get through all of that with about another hour to go. Whew. Plenty of time!
