    ... I drained the water out and cooked the “mush” of oats, almonds, cashews in a pot with a little bit of milk and made oatmeal! It was super yummy and Blake made coffee.     ... couple of days.


    I took a walk on a short trail in the Wildlife Area, as it’s called. I saw no wildlife, but did get some nice late evening shots. One is of a small Prickly Pear Cactus, much like we have in Montana. I got a couple of early sunset shots and couple of pastoral scenes. There are cattle in the area nearby. Nice to hear a cow lowing again, for a change. I did see three whitetail type deer this morning on the way. Nice ...

    ... I guess I just have to guess... I think I am going to take about 2 weeks worth of clothes, but I will just have to start packing and see what fits. Maybe I will be able to take more, maybe less. (Hopefully not less. I don't want to be that person that wears the same clothes every day...)

    We arrived home yesterday afternoon after roughly 20 hours of traveling (door to door). We did our best to stay up late to help out with the time change, but both Kaela and I woke up by 3AM. Hsing-ay continues to sleep. The trip home went fairly well. It was easy to navigate the Beijing airport. LAX was another story as we walked for nearly half a mile and changed terminals before we got in line ...
