A fantastic 90 mile ride.
We arrived at Montrose and for $59 we had a lovely room with twin queen size beds, microwave, fridge, very clean, pool, hot tub and continental breakfast. You can't beat that!

After we change and warm up a bit, I go out to get a bottle and meet Yvon the French half of the proprietors. He offers us some pâté and baguette as an evening snack to go with our wine but also leaves two slices of strawberry tarts. Oh, the French, food and wine...what a combination. Voila! Friday 10.17 pm - Day 7 Okay so we decided we needed the sleep and didnt get up at 5 am as planned to shoot the arch in sunrise. Another interesting thing though, is how many nationalities we have seen in these areas. People from France, Germany, New Zeeland, India, Poland I think, Japan ofcourse lol..and some american tourists as well.
