Very friendly staff, good clean motel. Comfortable beds. Basic but quite good breakfast. Good WiFi and it does have a swimming pool. Also very convenient for bars and restaurants.

Payson considers the event to be the world’s oldest continuous rodeo, as it’s been held every year since. In 1918, the author Zane Grey made his first trip to the area near Payson. He came back regularly over the next 10 years, purchasing several plots of land and eventually writing numerous books about the area. Every September, Payson hosts ...

... ranch and Jon went out on Utah for a trotting ride. I sat in the parlour and read about Wickenburg and the history of the ranch.

Happy hour was a little special tonight, it was the 18th annual Margarita party, held by the group who have been coming for 19 years and in honour of two ranch guests who have passed away. We ate on the terrace and the kids ended the day with an after dark swim. ...

We donned our gear and headed over to the corral to meet our horses. We rode for an hour and the kids did really well. The ride was incredible, learning about different plants and wildlife as we rode. We cooled off in the pool and the ...
