    I'm writing this a couple of days later, so let's see how well my memory backs me up. I'll start from the evening because that's what I can remember. Scott and I planned to cook our dinner outside on the fire pit. So I cut up some bell peppers, zucchini, and onion, while he marinated some some chicken that we defrosted from the freezer.
