I enjoyed a delicious normal-sized steak dinner, meaning that combined with breakfast, today was a welcome break from my more typical not-always-notable meal days during this road trip (I've eaten a lot of boring-but-reliable Subway sandwiches the past 7 weeks). I then proceeded another 100 miles down the road to my stopping point for the night.
