The celebrations continued for Dave until the early hours of the morning so we didn't see him Sunday! We did spend our last full day with his folks as they kindly took us for an hour and a half drive to their holiday house, on the east coast.

The scene was one of colour, noise and excitement, mixed with some relief the main job was over! The colourful dresses on the rugs over green grass and soft tones from the nearby spruce and pine trees were magical.
Finally after about an hour, all the dancers were organised to dance through the main street to their formal school dinner. Again, lots of laughter and fun with dresses swishing in all directions.
