    Day 25

We were up at 6:30a.m. and left the hotel before 8:00a.m. We made it to Toledo by 5:00. We were in our driveway before 6:00p.m. after a trip to the grocery store. All animals are alive, well, and happy to see us! Now the fun part of cleaning out the car:(

After we were able to inch onto the road at the exit and move a little ...

After a full travel day yesterday without much excitement, we ended up at a nice Michigan state park on Lake Erie. This morning we headed to The Henry Ford complex in Dearborn. We started with a fascinating tour of the Ford Rouge plant where F-150 pickups are made. The assembly line was very interesting. This took all morning. We then spent the afternoon ...

... out of their way to help us. We watched a movie with them and chatted late into the evening about their travel experiences. Their house is beautiful as is the canal behind their house, they didn't just offer a couch but a whole downstairs suite. The next day Kevin made sure I had my tickets printed and took us to the greyhound station. We really couldn't have been better taken care of than the care they gave us, bless them for it. ...
