Checked in to this beautiful resort with high opinion and expectations in which every standard was exceeded. I realise why there may have been a handful of bad reviews due to the fact I reckon our room was about the only one with such a beautiful view not blocked by trees.
A place to sit back and relax, at a cost but worth the treat. Top service and perfect location for our own private Christmas beach dinner....

This boat takes us all the way to Koh Tao and is a relaxing journey...On the horizon it comes into view, a cluster of impressive looking islands, and our home for the next 3 days.

So...back to Mangrove we go for some more Thai on our last actual night in Thailand (besides tomorrow night, which will be spent in the Bangkok airport haha). THURSDAY: Leaving Railay today! Our Edmonton friends (that we had met on the boat here) invited us to join them on the boat/taxi they had booked to the Krabi airport because they are leaving to Bali today ...
... days still seem to slip by without much thought. We can not seem to get a handle on what day of the week it is, but other then that, are very happy with what we have accomplished in such a short time. We sit now some what dumbfounded at how much more we have planned and all the things we want to do and see. Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Japan, South America, they all seem so far away and yet so close. It is hard to explain. The feeling of time at this point is ...
