Checked in to this beautiful resort with high opinion and expectations in which every standard was exceeded. I realise why there may have been a handful of bad reviews due to the fact I reckon our room was about the only one with such a beautiful view not blocked by trees.
A place to sit back and relax, at a cost but worth the treat. Top service and perfect location for our own private Christmas beach dinner....

Matt played musical chairs with 5 year olds, Ryan blew up balloons, and I got shaving cream and potato chips smeared all over my face. The night was starting off wild. After meeting up with Nina’s 2 friends, Carlos and Alex, we made our way to Patong beach, where we proceeded to have one hell of a NY’s eve. Picture tens ...
... a while (especially in the heat and high humidity), so hopping on a boat is the best way to switch sides or bays on the island. You can also arrange a lift on one of the few locals mopeds or moped-sidecars... Once which we did, only to experience a breakdown in jungle, stuck for an hour or more, with food and drink for a locals birthday party that night, and plenty of local mosquitos!! :(
We enjoyed, or experienced, quite ...
