Today we rode off into the rolling hills of Missouri and encountered our first road grade greater than 10%. We expect to see a lot more of this in the coming days. Once again the weather gods smiled on us, the wind was minimal, there was no rain and a bit of cloud cover did not spoil our day. It also shows a number of ...

Casey and I are continually baffled that she and I barely spoke only a year ago and now I doubt that I go a full twelve hours without saying something to that dear and sweet girl. Casey is a year above me in school and someone that I know I will miss my senior year while she's off at some amazing college. I look up ...

... at the “Downstream Casino Resort”. By joining their players club we got a free nights camping, $10.00 each of casino credit and $10.00 each off of dinner in the casino; this was to good an offer to pass up, but of course we did contribute a little to their profits in the casino. The camp ground was actually a large concrete parking lot lined off for campers with water and electricity, a dump station was provided upon exiting the campground.
