    Got up for a very nice breakfast at the adjacent Char Burger Restaurant. Part of the hotel night includes a voucher for a "free" breakfast cooked to order. A ate more at this meal than we think she had at ANY other meal on our trip. Definitely more breakfast than she had in the past 2-3 weeks.

    ... K. Polk. Hmmmm, seems to be a some sort of relationship here- Dallas, Polk. The city offers a 35 acre park and a Forest River RV manufacturing plant on the edge of town. R Pod lightweight travel trailers are manufactured here.

    On the way home we stop at the Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge. The land was set aside to protect the Dusky Canada Goose as well as other species and native plants. We didn't see any geese but we did see a lot of egrets. And then, off to home.
