    ... people are sleeping there and I don't want to wake them!! The map on the plane says 1757 km till our destination.. Getting VERY EXCITED!! Going to see if I can switch seats when we get closer to a window so I can take pictures... Cross your fingers for me. Worst part of the flight is that they keep giving us water, I drink too mich then have to go to the washroom but can't because we hit turbulance!! Ahhh at least its not bad turnulance but PLEASE turn the fasten ...

    ... from Korea - aren't Canadians as trustworthy?) and then I got shouted at by a Border Protection man as he hadn't seen his colleague call me forward. Hmm. A 5 hour flight and we landed at a balmy Newark. Only here for the night (thank fully*) as the original flight was due in at midnight) heading to Williamsburg, Brooklyn tomorrow for the next week and a bit.

    ... but their 'best in Vancouver' Blueberry cheesecake. It was good, very, very good. Rich and creamy but not too sweet. I would struggle to eat a full size but thoroughly enjoyed the tasting portion. They do cheesecake well.

    Today started sunny but with a chill in the air. We had decided to go to the mountain or Capilano or Lynn Valley. Grouse Mountain won!

    We walked from our flat to Canada Place.
    Wonderful to be at the seaplane terminal but we felt it too expensive and so Grouse Mountain was definite. Ticket bought and on to the free shuttle bus. The driver was a fount of interesting facts etc.
