... evening sky leaving Toronto for Deer Lake was beautiful. The Canadian National Men's Rugby team was on our flight, as they are playing a game against Scotland on June 14th in Toronto. We had the pleasure of sitting and speaking with one of the team members (he was born in Montreal, but has lived most of his life in France!)
Today we completed out 2 day journey on the Rocky Mountaineer...2 days of great scenery and being continuously fed. We boarded Mountaineer in Jasper and being in Gold Leaf we had the 2 storey carriages with the dome windows..........FABULOUS!!!
You could see up, out and every which way. The first day we were the last 2 storey carriage so we looked out the back as well.
