Picked up the hire car from Avis and got lost within 3 minutes of leaving the airport! We were on the verge of having an exhaustion fuelled fight before fate smiled on us and we found the right road.
Our room at the Hampton Inn was clean, cool and spacious but above all had a hard, hot shower and a massive, comfy bed. We used the former and collapsed in the latter and were asleep within minutes. 9pm local time - silly o clock in our ...

The resort provides you a "charge" card upon checking in so that you don't have to carry cash. This is both a convenient thing and a terrible thing. I had to remember that I would be paying for everything when I checked out! We did get drinks to stay hydrated.

We did get hungry and I went up to the bar/cafe by the main pool to find out about food. The ...

... thing we've done! The house sold the first day it went on the market, thanks to our amazing real estate agent, Kevin Sheehan, who posted professional pictures. The new owners saw the pictures that morning, came to see the house and made an offer by noon. That was done. The next job was to liquidate. Our friends, Patsy and Shenen from Matorelli Madness Estate Sales did a fantastic job of inventorying and selling everything ...
