... my grandparents live there! Payson is a village with 16'000 people living there and it looks like the wild wild west! It has 1000 cactusses, a cowboy bar, Mc Donalds, KFC, Burger King and a small airport. The wealthy people in Payson have their houses with their own, attached Hangar! The boys took the day off from camp today. They would have been in L.A. all day. They swam and did some school work. I had to take the car back in because of some problem with the transmission. After dinner, we went to the mall and walked around All in all a pretty quiet day.

The boys had another acting class this morning at the 'Actors Edge.' They really enjoyed miss Jana. After their class, we did a trolley tour of the Hollywood area. We learned about the studios and what is being shot where. We also went up into the Hollywood Hills to get a picture of the Hollywood sign. The sign originally said 'Hollywood Land.' ... anyway, we went up highway 89A through Oak Creek Canyon and picnicked at the scenic overview, it was a great outing. Beautiful! Before blogging I checked Mat and Liz's and they had updated from Liverpool UK, Kathy and I soaked up every word and poured over the pictures. Seems we haven;t seen them forever, gonna be tough when they move! And poor Beth is home cleaning up the cat's messes, welcome to my world!

... all is right with the world. Kathy: It's been a long day, but the resort is great. You just can't beat the view. Can't wait to go exploring. I think we have decided to take the helicopter ride down into the Grand Canyon. But mainly we plan to relax and eat Ben & Jerry's. I guess I'll spend my time in New Braunfels at Weight Watchers. ... on a big screen outside down on the beach. After the movie the boys played hide and seek with some of the other kids. Tomorrow there is going to be all kinds of activities down at the beach and on the bay. My cousin Vinny(Vince Watson) lives near by and is coming up to spend the day with us. We needed to get the car checked out at the Jeep dealership here in San Diego. This morning I took Kelly and the boys to the zoo for the day. ... blue skies with a high around 70. Although this park did not really compare to the Orlando park, we had a great time. Of course Kelly didn't let us miss any shows while we were there. We left about 6pm and drove to L.A.. We are staying at the Best Western.
