    ... know what else we wanted to see in Toronto we went shopping. I didn't buy anything. Shops here are pretty much the same as Vancouver. Dinner tonight was at 99. Wayne Gretzky's restaurant.     On par with Rembrandt was Frans Hals. His subject matter of daily life in a free and lively brushwork was one of the most influencing forces to the modern art. Claude Monet and Edward Manet both visited Harrlem for Frans Hals' paintings. My stop in Haarlem would not miss Frans Hals', the museum itself was a beautiful piece of classical architecture.
