Sometimes we could walk faster between bus stops in NYC than the bus driver could drive!
It was a fabulous trip and thanks to Dave's extensive planning, we saw everything we wanted to see and did everything we wanted to do - a few places we might like to return to but only after we see what else is out there. Great travels to all of you. Not sure what is next for us!

So, on and on...it goes.
It has become clear to me, money has wings.
Oh my gosh.....getting it all together will be a miracle.
But, I took a breather and enjoyed the beauty of a cheerful sunflower today.
A wonderful afternoon catching up with old Minnesota friends Larry and Connie Benolken - we got to see their photos of the "80th Anniversary Tour" of England and Ireland that they and Jon and Fran had just returned from.
Once again - signal's too slow to post pictures. :(
We shopped at Costco today to get food for camping and we got even more excited. We met up later that evening to start packing the car. Even after a midnight run to Walmart, surprisingly we got everything packed! We didn't even have to carry things in our laps! We set off at 3am after getting pumped up from the Lizzie McGuire Movie. We are ready to take on the adventure of tomorrow's road ...
The drive from Denver is a long one about 9 hours. Matt drove about 8 hours.
Before home we had to:
1) Pick-up my car from long term parking
2) Return our rental car
3) Most importantly, pick Octavius up from the Pet Ranch!
We arrived safely home at about 1pm on Saturday 7/12, about 14 hours later ...
