    Thanks to all who have followed along on the blog and for all the nice comments. It has made me want to keep writing:)

    I can only hope that everyone can enjoy some type of travel to see the great United States. I will leave you with the same saying as our last trip....

    ... got changed into my pj's and jumped into bed to watch some TV and wait for Andrew. Eventually he showed up nearly 2 hours later. He was wild. He came back wet and wild. He had a bottle of red wine and said the trolley didn't come back for him and he decided to come back under his own steam and then all of a sudden the trolley went past him.     Last night away from home. Made good time, but it is a fact that when the temp is above 95 I need to stop every hour if there is no cloud cover. The interstate was cleared and rolling when I left this morning. I sort of went the long way to New Orleans, but when in heavy traffic, don't fight it. Only a couple of bikes on the road today.     Heat index was 110 degrees today, and our generator sputtered and died.
    We had to rely on the dash A/C to cool the entire motor home, and it just wouldn't handle it. In fact, it was so hot we thought it needed more Freon. We took it to a Chev. dealer in Tallahassee and he said he would have to charge $165.00 to charge it. Said they had to drain out all ...

    ... little things with quality of construction/work on the new unit. Wood finish much nicer on Max; WTH! There's a hole in the floor beside the passenger slide.....told that was so techs could get to water lines and electric lines if needed to repair them (put a piece of carpet there to cover it up); wood used in drawers felt thinner.
