      Ok first things first, the kids and I have decided that we love it here and are never leaving. It really is bedrock city come to life.       ... fees. The canyon was absolutely beautiful and wasn’t a difficult hike (aside from me wearing flip-flops). At one point I saw quite a drop and told the girls I was not climbing down any rocks after yesterday’s climbing session. Turns out that the “drop” actually had stairs that I just hadn’t seen yet.       ... Neil Diamond and The Beach Boys. We also had a "Fiesta Night" with Mexican food and local dancers. Saturday night dances remain a real hit especially when retired trucker "Rockin' Rhonda" is playing. Her co-hort "Victoria" is 73 years old and teaches line dancing. From the back you would think she was twenty-one - cute little figure, long blond curly hair, frilly, short skirts etc. but her face looks like she spent too much time in the sun. She never misses a dance all night ...
