    ... so I spend the night mostly on the floor. On a positive note - Jonathan didn't snore and the floor was warm :-/ A critter was making a noise in the bushes last night. I kept still and finally got scared, so woke-up Jonathan who shone a torch to see who it was. We didn't get a look....I wonder what it was? Probably a raccoon.     ... I felt like I had stepped back in time. There were no other houses, cars or people in sight only lots of lovely animals. The dog Deuce and goat came up to the verandah to greet us and Freddie was immediately entertained...thank God! The donkeys, horses, goats and sheep all came to the fence to be fed every evening.
