... and how that was unsanitary. I can't remember exactly what I said, but I tried to explain that we try to keep the sick people on jobs that aren't around food. I dunno. Then he asked if he could ask me another question. He asked me what I knew about Isis. I told him what I knew, and then he said "what's the difference between Isis and the ku klux klan?" Notes: Today was one of the first days after they changed their name from Oklahoma Joe's to Joe's Kansas City

Comments: Best ribs I've ever eaten. They had a unique taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The dry rub on them was perfect. The meat just fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The tender, medium cut brisket had an initial smoky bite to it ...

... like I have some crazy disease! Thankfully, it was the last day of my trip and the last trip I was working before going to Hong Kong so I was able to go home and take some Benadryl and try to figure out what to do. I have been using Cortisone cream for the itch but I am hoping they heal quickly. I also was able to make sure to properly take care of my suitcases, bags, and clothes so that I didn't transfer them into my own home. I still have them ...
