          ... the front and it was great, even if I did cover my ears for the last bit of it with all the large fireworks. Following that we headed back to the hotel to pick up the car and steal the internet quickly to find out how to get in to the new place in Santa Monica, we then drove for about 50 minutes (it's usually 2 hours in LA traffic) and got to the new apartment at about half 11.           ... crisscross among the stalls and make our way through the market which is a lot smaller than we anticipated. Although many of the stalls feels like a tourist trap there are a few vendors that are consistently getting rave reviews.
