We are still in Texas yet

Various people had told me that Texas is vast but you can't really imagine it until you're driving through. I'm not even taking the widest crossing through the Lone Star state but it doesn't seem to end. The drive to Wichita Falls ...

Nov. 6th Drove to Arrowhead State Park. There was only one other camper in the park. We still do not understand where everyone is?? We spoke with the Ranger and found our answer. She said the boat ramp to the lake has been closed for over a year due to the drought. She indicated that most campers came for the fishing and they can't get out on the lake. ...
