On Monday 6/30 we crossed into Canada in Sault Ste Marie. It was an easy boarder crossing and we were asked the standard questions. So off we drive into Canada, our destination Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. Once the car was rinsed off a bit, we headed back to the hotel to see Frederick. We asked if Frederick was hungry (but he said he was not). After all, Joanne had packed him a lunch with plenty of food to last him the whole day and beyond....
For the rest of the night, we spent time with Frederick talking and watching tv.

... up across bridge , no Nexus line. Drove to Sudbury, saw the Big Nickel and drove on to Sturgeon Falls just west of North Bay and got room at Comfort Inn at 9 pm. When we checked in the desk clerk commented that she had other people staying here with the same postal code. Went down to get luggage and ran into our neighbor who lives just behind us.
