One of our last days there, Val and I went out to the Lexington zoo. We wandered the enclosures, enjoying the sites and found the elephants. We talked to a do-cent about the elephants that were there and thoroughly enjoyed learning all about the personalities of the two ladies they had. Ever try to squeeze 6 adults into a table for 4 at the Waffle House? Great fun and we accomplished it. Breakfast done, gas tank full, and we're off!
