We find a friendly tourism lady, and identify our accommodation on the Valse Lente, a canal boat on the Meuse river...we can't get enough of those boats! On arrival it seems there is a party on the boat. They suggest we come back about 5 pm when the young folks should leave.     ... the shop used to belong to his dad who'd cycled the Tour five times in his life. The current owner himself had done several of the classics, including Liege - Bastogne - Liege. We were truly impressed.
