... so we went there. It was really quite good. After lunch we went to the Imax to see a film called the Ozarks, Legacy and Legends. Both Peg and I had different expectations of the film. She expected it to be more of a historical narrative of the Ozarks; I had expected it to be more of a scenic panorama. It ended up being a narrative of a family’s stories through significant events in the Ozark. Nice show, but not what we expected.

The show consisted of a variety of horse acts including roman riders, trick riders, a variation on barrel racing, buckboard races, a square dance on horseback; and a great finale of flags and lights that got very complicated when they had a power outage in the middle. Fog and 52 degrees this morning - very refreshing. Got the propane tank filled and then headed southeast to Mansfield, home of Laura Ingalls and Almanzo Wilder for fifty plus years. The introductory video gave background and then we toured the farmhouse which they built and lived in for all but eight years. ... day land signed up to go to the "Dixie Stampede" which is a western style show and dinner owned by Dolly Parton. Went to the show and dinner and had a great time. We also signed up for a show tomorrow at "American Bandstand Theatre" , the show is called legends.
