A travel blog entry by maryham on Dec 18, 2014

... The submarine was used up until 1954 by the Soviet Union as an active vessel. ... tens of metres long and several high of the Grand Canyon and 'life in the time of the dinosaurs'. Heading to Splash Mountain which Cilla was dreading as there was a 50 foot drop where our log boat shot down a steep canal before splashing into the river below. We got wet, and Cilla's look of fear from the on-ride photo tells the story. I was more worried about getting wet, but the stomach lurching drop was not that enjoyable.

... Jones. We thought we were actually in the movie for a full 9 minutes. The next ride we jumped on was Star Tours. About half way through it I heard B behind me starting to get restless. At that same moment I felt the clammy sweats coming on. By the time we were done 5 out of 6 (Siena wins) of us were on the verge of turning green. We powered through and found a fountain to sit by for snack time. A few more rides, one more show, then back ...
