      Day 2 started with a 20 minute walk to Pier 33 in cloudy cool weather to catch our Ferry to Alcatraz.       ... sometimes, it is generally very good. I left the netbook at home and just have the iPad for primary consumption device and a Logitech keyboard cover for content creation. An iPhone provides on the move connectivity/data/navigation using inexpensive local SIM cards.
