    ... where we indulged in typical Finnish fare - pancakes that are a cross between crepes and cake, Karjalan Purakkas (baked oval pastries filled with rice pudding and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar), and a shared dish of rice pudding topped with strawberry sauce.     Had our best sleep so far.. Must have been extra tired!! Had our breakfast in the parking lot before getting a Timmies drink on the way to the Mint. We did a $6 tour at 11.30 which took about 45 minutes, we both enjoyed it.     We had a great visit in Thunder Bay. Visiting family is always good, and I got the opportunity to reconnect with some old friends that I have not seen in 30 years.
