We made arrangements to meet Bob for lunch followed by a behind the scenese tour of the Woolworth building. The day greeted us cold and wet, so we didn't do anything before heading to City Hall park to meet Bob.

When we caught up Bob took us for a walk around the World Trade Centre precinct and across to the new Hudson Eats. A really cool eatery with some great food and views of the Hudson River. We popped into Bob's daughters place and said hi to Cari. Grabbed an umbrella ...

Times Square and Empire State Building were first up this morning. We exited the subway to a total shock of the senses. Bright lights beaming out huge adverts on skyscrapers several hundred feet in the air. The excited babbling ...

... piece of lasagna I have ever had. If you guys are ever in New York, I would totally recommend going there and asking for their specials. Trust your waiter; he has the best interests of your taste buds at heart.

We rolled back to the hotel after lunch so that we could take a nap before our Broadway show started at eight. It turned out to be a good idea because the show lasted quite a long time, and we were very tired by the end of it.

    The show was ...
