... not imagine being here in the winter, it would be a cold campus. There were a lot of parents and students getting tours. So we listened in and ended up touching the nose of Lincoln for good luck.
We went in to several stores that we don't have in Florida, but didn't end up buying anything.
Tomorrow is on to Utica, Il and Starved Rock State Park and some wonderful hiking in the canyons of the park.

Today we headed off to Arthur and our much anticipated visit with the Amish. As we neared the town we passed our first horse drawn cart - it was exciting to see. We already knew not to take photos of the Amish people - they ask you not to as it is against their beliefs, so we took a quick snap of the buggy.
